This Sunday, we're joined by Kyriakos Fiakkas, author of Adult ADHD: From Survive to Thrive (writing as George Stephens), for an eye-opening talk on the realities of adult ADHD. Moving beyond stereotypes, he'll explore the everyday challenges of focus, time management, relationships and the often-overlooked "ADHD tax", while also celebrating the unique strengths that can come with an ADHD brain. Understanding ADHD can be about rebuilding self-worth, tuning into ourselves more deeply and creating a more connected, meaningful life.

And we're delighted to welcome back Sunday Assembly favourite Joe James, who will share another of his wonderful poetic reflections.
